Same notarization, different setting.

Mobile Notarization

We come to your location.

A credentialed notary meets you at your home, office, or closing table across all six service communities. No waiting rooms, no parking, no detour from your day.

Best for: real estate closings, estate documents, loan signings, and any time-sensitive paperwork that can't wait.

In-Office Appointment

A private, fixed setting when you prefer it.

Prefer a dedicated space? Schedule at our office for a quiet, private appointment with no distractions and full document review support.

Best for: multi-document packages, situations requiring extended review, you require copies, or when a neutral third-party location matters.

Online Notarization (RON)

Eligible documents, handled over secure video.

For documents that qualify under Florida's Remote Online Notarization law, we complete the session over a secure video call — no travel required from anywhere in the state.

Best for: out-of-area signers, clients with mobility constraints, or last-minute closings on a tight clock.
